Mrs Omolara Odukoya Falola is the Head of Human Resources and Admin at Mother and Child Hospitals.

She joined the hospital on 1st September, 2019.

She graduated from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State where she obtained her Bachelor of Art in History and International Studies in 2011.

She has over four years experience in generalist HR roles, managing staff recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, payroll and administrative management.

She has relevant certifications which are CIPM, CSRC, Data Analytics and Lean Management in the Healthcare Sector. She is currently pursuing her MA in Human Resource Management at Liverpool John Moores University, UK.
